Just another day.



This little guy just didn't know what to think about me and my camera at first.


Maybe he would feel more comfortable in a group picture.




AS I was snapping away, Katie jumped up and stuck her teenie little butt right in my way.

"Katie, move your little buns!"
to which
Katie starts a little dance and wiggles to the tune.

And that just egged Katie on,
to dance
and spin,
and leap,
and twirll.

Enjoy them.
They are hot and sweaty.
(or if you're in Texas this year...soggy and muddy)
But they are fleeting.


Patrick and I head to a big fancy pig roast tonight.
We are actually going out without Katie.


I am going to leave my big party worries behind and enjoy it!
Doesn't that sound like a good plan.
