  5. You know, oddly enough, it can feel like that down here in Florida, too. Stand in the sun and you're hot. Walk into the shade or feel a breeze blow by and it's instantly 10-15 degrees cooler. At this time of year, anyway. There's no accounting for summer. ;-)
